Our commitment

Invoxaco Biz Solution processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the UK GDPR. This page summarizes the practical measures behind our Privacy Policy.

Data minimisation

We only require name, email and password to create an account. All financial records are entered by you and used solely to render your own dashboards and reports.

Data isolation

Every record is scoped to your family account. Members cannot see each other's records unless the family administrator grants permission. Our staff access production data only for support with your consent or where legally required.

Your GDPR rights

• Right of access (Art. 15) — request a copy of your data.
• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data in-app or via support.
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — delete your account and data.
• Right to portability (Art. 20) — export your transactions.
• Right to object / restrict (Art. 18, 21).

Sub-processors

Hostinger (hosting, EU data centres available), Stripe (payments), PayPal (payments), SMTP email provider configured by the operator.

Breach notification

We notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a notifiable breach, and affected users without undue delay.
