Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new family account starts with a free trial (default 14 days). No charge is made until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan.

Monthly plans

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. Cancel any time to stop future charges; access continues until period end.

Yearly plans

Within the first 14 days of a yearly purchase we offer a full refund on request. After 14 days, we refund the unused whole months on a pro-rata basis if you cancel.

EU & UK consumers

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from initial purchase. Where you have used the Service during that period we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by the Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to request

Contact us via the Contact page from the email on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
