1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Invoxaco Biz Solution governing your use of Finanzalife. By creating an account you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

Finanzalife is a subscription-based family budgeting and life-event financial planning tool. It is an informational tool only and does not provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your circumstances.

3. Accounts & Family Members

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. A family administrator may invite up to the number of members allowed by their plan (maximum 5). The administrator controls each member's permissions. Each member's data is private to them unless the administrator grants sharing permissions. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are shown before checkout including any applicable taxes/VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from initial purchase. By starting to use the Service immediately you consent to supply of digital content during the withdrawal period; if you withdraw within 14 days we will refund proportionally for the unused period. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Availability & Changes

We target high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under UK/EU consumer law).

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where required by law.

11. Governing Law

For US customers these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware; for UK customers, the laws of England and Wales; for EU customers, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
